Kristen Lowe, SRA, AI-RRS
Kristen Lowe is the Owner and Chief Appraiser of KL Appraisal Services, Inc., bringing 20 years of professional appraisal experience across Nevada and Utah, including the past 11 years in Clark County, Nevada. She is an active member of the Appraisal Institute and holds two prestigious Appraisal Institute designations.
Kristen is deeply involved in the appraisal profession and public service. She serves on the Clark County Board of Equalization and is a commissioner on the Commission of Appraisers of Real Estate (CARE). Previously, she served for five years on the Appraisal Advisory Review Committee (AARC).
Kristen specializes in unique and complex residential properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley and select surrounding rural areas. Her experience includes multimillion-dollar residences, off-grid properties, and homes with extensive outbuildings. Every appraisal assignment is completed with the highest level of integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding industry standards.
