KL Appraisal Services, Inc. is a residential real estate appraisal and valuation company launched after seven years of appraising for other companies. Training and experience with six exceptional appraisers, provided a diverse background in a variety of appraisal analysis techniques and property types. The Appraisal Institute is a key factor in the company’s appraisal education and professional appraisal associations.

We continue to seek quality education to be at the top of the market in appraisal knowledge, techniques, issues, and technology. Our Team

  • Chief Appraiser

    Kristen is the owner and Chief Appraiser of KL Appraisal Services, Inc. She has 18 years of appraisal experience in Nevada and Utah, with the past nine years in Clark County Nevada. She is an active member of the Appraisal Institute and has two Appraisal Institute designations. She serves on two committees for the appraisal community, Clark County Board of Equalization and Appraisal Advisory Review Committee.

    Kristen specializes in unique residential properties throughout the valley and some surrounding rural areas. She has completed appraisals on multimillion dollar homes, off grid homes, and homes with extensive outbuildings. Her work is always completed with integrity and exceeds industry standards.

    Justin Masaniai is a residential real estate appraiser trainee who has been involved in the appraiser profession since 2022. Under the guidance of Kristen Lowe, owner of KL Appraisal Services, Inc. Justin spent the past two years acquiring the knowledge and experience toward become a certified residential appraiser. He is an active member of the Appraisal Institute.

    Justin graduated from UNLV with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies. Prior to working in the appraisal profession, Justin worked in advertising and public relations for several firms, conducting business with a variety of clientele in the Las Vegas area. Justin has also been in the entertainment and casino industries, providing security for several well-known fortune 500 companies and professional individuals.

    Khola is an Administrative Assistant for KL Appraisal Services, Inc. With seven years of experience in the appraisal industry, she brings great communication and organization skills to the table. Her goal is to continually improve her relationships and better herself in whatever capacity is required in order to excel at her job. She has seven grandchildren and a passion for walking, swimming and being healthy.
