Residential appraisal valuation and consulting services are available for specialized projects such as eminent domain, takings or legal disputes.

Krisen Lowe, SRA
Kristen is the owner and Chief Appraiser of KL Appraisal Services, Inc. She has 18 years of appraisal experience in Nevada and Utah, with the past nine years in Clark County Nevada. She is an active member of the Appraisal Institute and has two Appraisal Institute designations. She serves on two committees for the appraisal community, Clark County Board of Equalization and Appraisal Advisory Review Committee.
Kristen specializes in unique residential properties throughout the valley and some surrounding rural areas. She has completed appraisals on multimillion dollar homes, off-grid homes, and homes with extensive outbuildings. Her work is always completed with integrity and exceeds industry standards.
